一拍目で踏み込む　自動ドアの静電気

On the first beat I step in — static at the automatic door.

ネオンの瞬きが　居場所を売り飛ばす

The flicker of neon sells out where I'm hiding.

握った紙片は　逆さの矢印

The scrap of paper in my fist is an upside-down arrow.

この街ぜんぶが　ワナを仕掛ける

This whole city is setting a trap.

天井のレンズが　首を切る角度で追う

The ceiling lens tracks me at a throat-cutting angle.

呼吸を細くして　音を影に預ける

I thin out my breath, leaving my sound to the shadows.

鼓動だけが派手で　嘘がつけない

Only my heartbeat is loud — it can't tell a lie.

「逃げろ」より速く　心が叫ぶ

Faster than 'run,' my heart screams.

上がれ落ちろ　ワナの勾配を

Rise, fall — down the slope of the trap.

止まって走れ　ワナのリズムで

Stop, run — to the rhythm of the trap.

笑うサイレンに　背中を押されても

Even with a laughing siren at my back,

この恐怖ごと　ワナを抜けろ

break through the trap — fear and all.

一 二 三で　視線を切れ

On one, two, three — cut the line of sight.

四 五 六で　足音を消せ

On four, five, six — kill the sound of your steps.

光に触れたら　終わりだ

Touch the light and it's over.

ゼロで跳べ　次へ

On zero, leap — to the next.

エレベーター表示が　同じ階を噛み続け

The elevator display keeps chewing on the same floor.

鏡の僕が先に　出口を塞ぐ

The me in the mirror blocks the exit first.

ポケットのカードが　熱を帯びて震え

The card in my pocket grows hot and trembles.

戻る道だけが　砂になって落ちる

Only the way back crumbles into sand and falls away.

赤い点滅が　時間を裂き刻む

The red blinking tears time apart and marks it off.

右も左も　ワナの匂いがする

Left and right, it all smells of the trap.

途切れたメッセージ　君の一言

A cut-off message — your single word.

「来い」だけ残して　闇が閉じる

Leaving only 'come,' the darkness closes.

上がれ落ちろ　ワナの縫い目を

Rise, fall — along the seams of the trap.

裂いて抜けろ　叫びはナイフだ

Tear through and escape; the scream is a knife.

終点はここじゃない　まだ息がある

This isn't the last stop — I'm still breathing.

カウントはゼロで　ワナを解け

At the count of zero, undo the trap.

追ってくる音は　外じゃない

The sound that chases me isn't outside.

胸の奥の警報が　僕を裁く

The alarm deep in my chest is what judges me.

「戻れ」と「進め」が　同じ声で鳴る

'Go back' and 'go on' ring out in the very same voice.

ワナはいつも　内側にある

The trap is always on the inside.

君の手が残した　小さな手順

A small set of steps your hand left behind.

怖さを握ったまま　結び目をほどく

Still gripping my fear, I undo the knot.

失うためじゃない　終わらせるためでもない

Not to lose, and not to end it either —

生きるために　ワナを越える

to live, I cross over the trap.

鍵穴は　僕の呼吸にある

The keyhole is in my own breath.

上がれ落ちろ　夜明けの縁へ

Rise, fall — toward the edge of dawn.

止まって走れ　ワナを破って

Stop, run — break the trap apart.

扉の向こうの空気が　もう逃さない

The air beyond the door won't let me go now.

この恐怖ごと　未来へ放て

Fling it into the future — fear and all.
